Try Decaf. That might help with the anxiety. Try to break up studying and working with 5-10 breaks after every thirty minutes. Use those minutes to get on facebook, twitter, or blogger. Then go back to studying. Your future isn't black. Its as bright as you make it out to be. It might be black right now because something might be blocking the light. Stress tends to do that. My advise. Light some candles, take a bubble bath, and find a good book to read. Good Luck!
